Your biggest challenge may be finding a unit small enough (BTU wise) for residential heating. Any HVAC contractor with commercial experience, as opposed to residential only, would love this job. Three feet of ceiling space in which to run the ducts w/o interference from fire sprinkler piping and cable trays will be a dream.
