Yeah-- I'm curious too. No experience here either.. though I went in there trying (prying?) to get information on the 2006 9-5, and when asked about thier service, the seemingly un-studied/informed sales guy who wandered over from the Pontiac sales area said, 'our Saab mechanics are all Saab Certified and trained." I also asked if they (the company in general) still provided service loaners, as does Burlingame Saab, to which his response was "oh, I'm sure we provide everything Saab provides". Hmm
On another note, I requested pricing bids on a new 9-5 through SaabUsa.com. In my request I selected Crowne Royal (San Rafael), Oakland Saab, Burlingame Saab, Ellis Brooks.. and the only REPLY I got was from Ellis Brooks, from a very well informed guy named Jose Rivera. Two weeks later a slightly self-absorbed Burlingame sales person wrote saying 'she could offer whatever someone else offers". I thought that was lame. I wish Jose was in service. From our long e-mails, I think I'd trust him with any task.
Good luck. If you're stuck, I've always had a good experience with Embarcadero Motors, but now you have to pay, since Ellis B moved in on the scene.
