do something simple. Shut down the iBook. Disconnect your router from the modem. Shut off your cable or DSL modem (assuming you have one of these) for 30 seconds. Reconnect everything. Restart your iBook.
Turn on Airport if it is not already on.
See if you connect.
If not, use the Assist Me function in the Network Setup.
This worked with my PowerBook when I went to a wireless router. Shutting down the computer isn't strictly necessary, but doesn't hurt anything.
The reason you do this is the new router is going to set a new IP address. The modem is still "looking" for the old one. The shut down and restarting of the modem and router make them friends.
