Converting data files between Mac and Windows
If you want to use a data file created in Quicken for Windows or Quicken for DOS with Quicken for Mac, you can copy (or import) the information from your Windows or DOS data file into a Quicken for Mac data file. If you want to use your Quicken for Mac data with Quicken for Windows, you can copy (or export) all or part of the information in your Mac data file.
Due to changes both in Quicken and in the Windows and Mac operating systems, complete instructions for converting Quicken data between Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac are beyond the scope of this help topic.
However, the Quicken Product Support Web site contains in-depth answers to such frequently asked questions.
Connect to the Quicken Product Support Web page at http://www.intuit.com/support/quicken for more information.
Sounds like it should work.
