30K per year---how long can we keep this up?

My wife puts about 30,000 miles a year on her car. About 12,000 of that is trips to her elderly parents; the rest comes from her work, and most of that is on narrow, rural two lane roads which often don't even have shoulders or cell phone towers. Those miles are about 90% highway, and the car rarely sees a traffic jam.
So how long can we keep up that kind of load without escalating the break-down curve? Because of the kinds of road she drives, break downs can be a major inconvenience, not to mention possibly quite dangerous. Her current car, an '02 9-5 Linear which we bought new, is still reliable and still comfortable at 90K, but is it reasonable to think it can continue this load for another year? Two? Three? What do you all think? (We have, by the way, done all the major services, and oil changes at 7,500 miles/90 days, switching from Saab-blend to Mobil-1 at about 40,000.)
Thanks for your thoughts.
