Does anyone have any experience with it? I swear to god I must have it. I have a lot of the symptoms, but not others -

I DO
Wander thoughts alot
Get easily distracted
Have a hard time paying attention even when talkign directly to someone
Get bored really easily
Always am doing everything at once
Get super absorbed in things (tune out)

I DONT
Procrastinate
Perform below my ability - I alwasy give & deliver 100% (lots of ADD people apparently fall short of expectations)
Feel like I am losing control

My fiancee and coworkers are convinced I have ADHD. I feel like I probabaly do. I was talking to our admin this morning at work and I started noticing other stuff in the room and not really paying attention, like that my shoe was getting pretty worn out and I should get some new ones. Haha.

I'm not bugged out about it or anyhing - (I read in INC that 8/10 entrepeneurs have ADD) I was just wondering if anyone else perhaps had this problem. I also hate takign medication for anything unless its a broken arm or something - I feel like you can take natural remedies to solve problems like depression or anxiety without needing pills - but maybe I should try something for this. It can be really difficult becasue I can't stay focused on a task for long (hence checking Saabnet every 10 minutes)
