Mix that with Nutella and not only might it turn to goop, but it could wind up separating into oil and water phases. My suggestion would be to dry the apples completely in a dehydrator then carefully roast them for a much shorter period of time. Ideally the same flavor and a lot less water to deal with.
Just remember though, I'm a chemist not a chef ;)
