Don't choose the an LCD with a refresh of more than 16-18 ms for gaming IMHO. This means that neither or both of those LCDs may be suitable for games. The analog vs. DVI thing isn't as much of a factor in gaming per se, but the newer, pricier digital displays are more likely to have the fast refresh required for streak-free gaming.
The 820 vs. 630 is kind of a wash. Most apps right now and pretty much all games will use only one core so in those instances the 3Ghz will be (slightly) faster. Many higher-end video editing and most Adobe stuff is multithreaded so the 820 will be faster at that. I would get the 820 personally. HTH
