We are going to look at them today. We already have quite a bit of IKEA items in our home now and have been satisfied with it so I thought taking a look wouldn't hurt. We considered refacing the existing cabinets but for the cost of that I'm thinking we can get new cabinets for around the same price...at least from IKEA. We priced custom cabinets but....out of the budget.

So question is....does anyone here have cabinets from IKEA and what do you think of them?

This is not the house we plan on staying in for the rest of our lives and while it is a nice house there is a limit to the price we could ever expect to sell it for. That is part of my reasoning for not going the custom route....as nice as it is....I don't think we would see a return sales wise that justifies doing them.

This is also our first house and we are learning as we go so if anyone has advice....please share.
