a certain distance from the curb? Any visibility requirement? Does anyone know where I can find this code?
This is all in regard to a City of Hartford, CT ticket and tow.
How do you interpret a sign that has a no parking pictogram, above a slot for a range of times, above text that reads “1-hour parking all other times,” above a tow-away symbol? No times are posted on the sign.
I interpret this as 1-hour parking. The tow-away may or may not apply depending upon how expansively one reads the “1-hour parking all other times.”
I got the ticket and tow for “no parking/tow-away.”
