There should be somebody within your state who repairs Saab factory radios. I know that is the case with my 9000 Clarion radio. The place I sent mine to was in CT, and I was very pleased with the word they did, after a coffee spill. If you don't find somebody local, I'd be happy to give you their contact info. They were reasonable and fast. You did mention that it's an aftermarket radio. If it's not a high end unit, it may be better to just trash it and buy a new one.
By the way, what happened to Gordon Saab? I thought they took over the problematic Goodman dealer?
