To be completely honest, I am suprised they even offered to put the Napa battery in. Most deals would have told you up front they won't put anything other than genuine factory parts in. This is why I hate to go to dealers for service. I have never went to one that didn't try to pull some crap like this. All you can do at this point is to take the Napa battery back to them and tell them that yes, indeed, it would have fit and you are not happy with them for doing this to you. Be calm and matter of fact, remember honey get mores flies than vinegar. If talking with the service manager doesn't work, be firm and demand to speak to the owner or the manager of the dealership and ask for a refund for the battery.
If that fails, contact your local Better Business Bureau and make a report.
