really work at it you can survive the winter, but it will take some of your time. First a very good paint sealant (Zaino) on the entire car wheels and all. You already have the top in good shape. The real challenge is keeping it clean or at least salt/chemical free. That is where it becomes a bit problematic. If you have a place where you can wash it often than the car can surivie the winter. You need to get that salt off both the body and the undercarriage. If you work at it you'll be fine. I have a 93 900 CVT in mint condition but I don't drive it on the worse days and it is garaged.
The other posters are correct in that "normal" winter driving will age the car. Good luck
