He threatened legal action if I did not delete this thread and said I'd hear from his attorney last Monday. Nobody ever called and I'm not deleting this thread. It's the second time that he's handled a transaction very badly. He tried to submit his ad under another name and I saw that it was the same email so I rejected his classified and refunded his money. We then had a long conversation about how the other transaction was a series of mistakes and he did make good on it in the end, so I did let him place the ad in the end (I'm a big believer in giving second chances to those that earnestly want them). However, now he will no longer be allowed to place ads or view the site from the IP from which he placed the ad. Although the Saabnet.com classifieds, like all web classifieds, is a use at your own risk, you can always email me if you are having trouble with a transaction and I will do whatever I can including calling the person who needs to remedy the situation. Thankfully, this stuff happens so rarely here on Saabnet.com... in fact, Andrew is one and two of three times in 18 years.
