Alignment, steering correction for road crowning

Do all cars require some corrective steering due to road crowning? Or are some suspension geometries capable of driving straight without any correction? Most roads don’t seem crowned enough that they should require any correction.
I have also noticed that most cars, unless they are brand new seem to have a certain amount of play in the steering that makes the relative amount of correction for road crowning variable.
I am trying to figure out if I need to take my 03 9-5 Aero (50.5K) back for realignment. It was done and the specs were ok, but something just doesn’t feel right. It’s not anywhere near as bad as other cars I have driven, but still seem very imprecise and variable as to how much and what type of steering correction is required. I tend to get right drift when letting off the gas on as flat a road as I can find. However, the left lane often needs some rightward steering. Is some suspension bushing or something else just in need of replacement to tighten things up?
