Oil sludge - the true cause

Oil sludge is caused by a huge lie and money. So what else is new. In Europe, oils are made to GMLLA025 specs. The refining is complicated, so costs are big, and thus the oils are very expensive. Americans hate spending money on service, so thus the lie. The extended change periods came about from the Euro spec's oil ability to make it, and the physcology of expensive oil services needing longer distances to justify it. The American oil manufactures and Dealerships hate the idea of fewer visits and no $29.00 specials... so... the American oil manufactures agreed to "stand" behind any legal problems that might actually make it that far. Manufactures like Volkwagon were too afraid of their Dealers and cheap customers to demand it, so they bit the bullit until it became too big to swallow. Thus the sludge... and the blown engines... and the huge confusion. Modern engines run hotter. The oil can't take it like it used to and since the factory extended interval spec was put in place without the actual oil that meets it being available... sludge was the result. Americans are cheap. They want to look the look but not pay the price. Big money is at stake here and changing the price of oil services has HUGE ramifications. Jiffdonky oil service special - $120.99????
