That is a 1980 900 Turbo owned by a long standing member of the club down here called Jeff... His son (and occasionally his wife) actually drives it now! The body kit he made himself from fibreglass in the 80s I believe... he based it on a pre 1985 900 Aero kit that was never available here in Australia, and he actually customised it further to his liking. So I guess it is a one off only! I agree it is a sweet looking car and it is a past winner of the classic 900 class of our concours d'elegance here! Jeff has many a sweet car... the immaculate white 96 you can see in the background, 9000 Aero- Abbott tuned, 9-3 Viggen- Nordic upgrades, Abbott Viggen Rescue kit, 18's etc., and a Silver 9-5 Hirsch- one of 2 in Australia!!

The blue isn't the original Saab blue but not too far off, it is actually a Mercedes Metallic blue colour!
