Part of running a great company is taking a lousy situation (such as a customer having a nightmare experience) and turning it right. Sometimes the dealer doesn't even have to do the cave in, just handling a situation well is at least 50% of the challenge. I think, even if one person has a lousy experience, there's a flaw in the system. I've worked in customer service for a company run by a C.S. hawk.. let me tell you -if you don't know how to kill them with kindness, you shouldn't be in direct-to-customer oriented business. ESPECIALLY the car business. It's too competitive and rival companies have redefined standards. There isn't room in the market for a sub-par experience, in this price bracket.
SO.. I'd love a dealer review area.. partially because I could rave about the two (of 5 ) in my area. Both are great, which means.. there's the opportuntity to reward the good, make the sloppy shops jealous, and hope they'll rise to the occasion.
