Head out to tirerack.com, use the search tool to get all tires that meet your rough parameters - that is, size, performance level, all-season (not not, in your case). Select non-US manufacturers. As long as the tires have lots of people reporting on them then the summary review chart is usually moderately accurate. But, read the reviews... pay more attention to those with most miles. Lots of tires are great out of the box- the test comes after 15K or more miles when you find out if they get noisy, if they wear fast, etc.
One piece of personal advice: always choose something V-rated or higher. I've always found a big difference in all positive features by moving to a v-rated tire over the h-rated.
