on the car. Each manufacturer only has x number of rebate allowances (think it's 70K vehicles sold) in the hybrid.

So if you're figuring a savings from the car cost that may be a factor in your purchase decision.

And if the DMV keeps issuing stickers, and loads of people drive as singles in the HOV lane, doesn't that turn them into just another lane and you may find your commute long (or longer) again?
