For a long term solution I would say you need to look at some type of a SAN type device if you have that kind of cash. If not then I would say that you can look into a RAID 5 built server that has ample drive space on it and then run something like ARCSERVE or another network backup utility. For the wireless systems well your going to have issues there so you may want to look at dual layer DVD-rw's with scheduled differential backups that run and write to them.
Just some thoughts.
