Sprint and Verizon has these phones called 6700 series made by HTC, the leading manufacturer in the world in PDA Phone area. They came out a little over a year ago, but they are equally or more capable of most current PDA Phones out there. It has Wifi, EVDO (cellular high speed internet), bluetooth, and the very usable slide out keyboard.

These phones are being phased out so good deals can be had if you look for them. In fact Verizon recently discontinued, so if you a new phone you'll have to go with sprint for now. The best part about this phone from sprint is that the unlimited broadband data (internet) service is currently $15 a month compared to ~$40 a month from other companies. If you sign up now you'll have that price for at least two years, and let me tell you the data service is just awesome. When using as a modem tethered to a PC, the speed is comparable to a decent DSL. And, it just can do so many truly useful things. I use it as the mp3 player, navigation system w/ bluetooth GPS, push emails, Skype everywhere...etc. on top of basic PDA calender and contact features.

Also note it's based on the latest Windows Mobile OS and there are tons of excellent softwares that can really bring out what this phone can do. Lastly but not least, there are a number of excellent user base online for problems solving. It's a great unit and if you live where you have EVDO service you gotta check this phone out.
