I heard this morning (and it doesn't appear to be a hoax) that Pres. Bush signed a law 18 months ago that included a deeply buried provision that changes the dates for Daylight Saving Time from the first Sunday in April to the Second sunday in March - effective in 2007.
The chips within the SID's of our beloved Saabs are set to change time on April 1, 2007 but DST initiates March 11, 2007!
There is a one week change in the Fall too.
Computer O/S's will alledgedly change over on the wrong date also (although I wonder if the auto-updates provided by MicroSoft may have already corrected this) and I noted my 2007 Day Timer planner is incorrect.
What fun awaits us! This is already being called the "Mini Y2K".
