I have a problem with my HDTV w/ DVR. I bought a LG 42LB1DR a couple of weeks ago. It is a 42 inch LCD with 160GB HDD. Great tv and I love the DVR. Anyways, both the time the tv displays, and the onscreen guide is 1 hour behind. So all of my recordings are 1 hr late. Luckily what I normally record on Sundays were repeats tonight so nothing was missed.
I don't think it is a problem with the tv, I think it is my PBS station or cable company that sends out the guide information that the TV downloads.
There is no way to manually set the time. I have to wait for the tv to correct itself whenever it feels like it.
Everything else I use (cell/car/SD DVR/etc) I change manually so I know they are correct.
