this winter has been toooo weird. I live in NH and was actually thinking of taking mine off this past Saturday. That sure didn't happen. Now I'm again planning on my usual date of mid-April.
Assuming you are south of Hartford and near the coast it's *really* unusual for you to get much snow from this point on. It depends on what you have for summer tires. If they are hard core performance tires with no sipes I'd wait, but otherwise you'll probably be OK. This time of year the amount of snow isn't usually enough to make snow tires a necessity in CT and down into Jersey.
Then again I remember getting 14" on April 10 in Boston one year.
