A K75 is one sweet old BMW. The "new" K75 is a newley introduced F800ST or F800S.
I'd keep an eye out for an old "oil head", an R1100 something or R1150. The two valve carburated pushrod "air heads" were replaced with the R1100 (and later the R1150's) beginning in 1993 with the R1100RS, the R1100GS' the enduro, and the R1100RT the touring bike followed a few years later. These oil heads had 4 valves and an overhead cam, fuel injection and more and the primary cooling responsibility was the oil, hence oil head. These bikes also have the killer BMW proprietary motorcycle suspension that includes the telelever and the paralever to tame the brake dive and the shaft effect respectively. The "R" series of bikes is also the classic "boxer" horizontally opposed twin BMW design that started it all. Not that there's anything wrong with K bikes.....
