i lube them whenever they get squeaky
i use spray lube or red grease, usually not anti-seize (messy, gets everywhere)
a properly torqued fastener doesn't need corrosion to keep it in place.
i also use a torque wrench to tighten them, without fail.
i have also gotten into heated debates about this topic. lots of opinions out there.
