I work for a Fortune 500 company and all Holiday celebrations ceased in 1998. Our offices do not decorate or anything else. The building managment will decorate the lobbies and such, but it isn't my company that does so. The reason for all this, I was told, was cost and this was also at the height of "politically correctness". I don't mind anymore. I get 5 weeks of paid vacation every year and take 2 weeks of it at Christmas time.
