I've got one of these contraptions and, since I'm not a real coffee drinker, it's great for me. One cup of decaf per night and I'm good. I wish it was possible to recycle the plastic K Cups, but oh well.

I don't understand your reluctance to buy online, I get my cups from Amazon. As usual, order more than $25 and shipping is free, and these things don't expire very quickly. I've also found that you can go directly to the folks who make the cups - Green Mountain, Timothy's, Newman, etc. Or you can get them at Bed Bath and Beyond, using those coupons that never stop coming in the mail.
