1st question is
a) has it always run slow? (memory may help)
b) has it gotten slower gradually over time? (system maint may help)
c) has it suddenly begun running poorly of late? (virus or spyware removal may help)
If its always run slowly, we would need to understand the make/model, how much memory is currently installed, and the processor speed to see if it makes sense to try to rectify via an upgrade....
