The exterior color will effect the surface temp of the exterior panels and have a minor effect in the interior temp. The interior temp is mostly produced by a greenhouse effect, where the incoming visible light is absorbed by the interior surfaces and reradiated as infrared. Glass being transparent to visible light and opaque to infrared means that energy enters, but doesn't leave. You can reduce that by either having an interior color that reflect visible light (mirrored silver?) or by reducing the amount of visible light that enters or by allowing the heat to escape (tilting the roof panel). As for interior colors, black may absorb more visible light than some other colors, but ALL will absorb some.
