Is the shifter suposed to kick on the 9-3? Posted by Ryan [Email] (#2222) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Ryan) on Fri, 8 Aug 2008 17:26:32 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
So I sold my car and I'm ready to buy a certified 2006 Saab 9-3! I went to test drive one and I noticed something really weird. When I shifted (5sp manual) and accellerated the shifter would pop back at my hand at a seemingly random times once a shift. It wasn't hard enough to throw the car out of gear, but it was unsettling. I've never experienced this with another car. Is this normal for a saab 2.0T?
Also at highway speed the steering wheel had a slight shutter (easly corrected with a firm grip, but still). I think this might just be the alignment, but it could be a sign of serious trouble.
PlS advise...I'm car-less and saab hungry.
