Shifter motion during acceleration is usually a sign of a bad engine mounts. If you accelerate hard and the shifter moves, and then moves again if you back off the gas fast, then the motor mounts are probably bad. I believe the 9-3 may also have a sub-frame, so worn bushing can also cause shifter motion.
Vibration at speed can be alignment, an unbalanced tire, an out-of-round tire, worn bushings, or worn tire rods. Even the aforementioned sub-frame bushings.
Inspect the tires for uneven wear. But a very minor wheel vibration likely isn't a sign of a serious issue. Significant shifter motion is a sign of something needing work.
