We need more details. Which tires (front/rear) are cupping and on inner or outer edge? What does the cupping look like? Like the 9-5 or a smooth but worn inner edge? How does the person use the car load wise? What do the Audi dealers say?

Lets start with the basics? Have they tried other tires. I had good experiences with Pirelli until the Saab. Now I would stay away. They wear and cup too fast for what they cost and their customer service is terrible.

I could wear my 9-5 rear tires to the cords in a few thousand miles under certain conditions. 20K may not be that bad.
