Well, the windows could be the equivalent of a vintage Rolls or a much abused DeSoto. Most likely somewhere in the middle. Just because they were made in 1930 doesn't automatically make them better than new windows from a top-notch supplier of today. The styles and features can be argued endlessly.
As I noted in a previous post, it depends on what you have to start with. I think the overall style, especially size, is more important to the look and feel of a house than whether the windows are old, or made today to look old. And to the vast majority of potential buyers of a home, they just want windows that work, so in the long run it doesn't matter a whole lot.
