If spybot and virus scans are showing nothing unusual, then there are several things to try....
If the problem usually occurs with the system under stress....

1) check CPU temp in bios.. system could be overheating while gaming.. This could happen due to a build up of dust on the heatshink .. and fan can no longer blow air through fins....
2) Blue screen often indicates a memory related problem.. there is a memtest86 program you can run to check your memory for errors.. Test one stick at a time if you have multiple sticks of ram installed....
3) Check hardrive for errors by running a scan check
4) reinstall the video card drivers.. or better yet, see if more current drivers exist for your card and install them
5) if that all fails, then you can reinstall windows.....
