I have been a roberti customer for years... having purchased around 12 saabs since lou opened his doors. I am sad to see them go. I have had alot of experience with his staff, from the sales team, to his service team, his service people at the counter are second to none...(ashley and Linda) and his service manager Tom has resolved issues no one could.Including those so called professionals at New Salem Saab. The two times I had my car in thier shop, they couldnt figure out a simple problem. The first beng a engine light concern, after 2 weeks, yes count them 2!!! I had to bring it from Albany to Kingston $145.00 later, they found my irect ignition cassette was failing, 45minutes later, I was back on the road. the second time I was towed in from the albany medical center with a car that would not start... again, two weeks had past, and you guessed it!!! couldnt figure it out. Towed it down to kingston again!!! less than 45 minutes later, a tow bill, and a car rental of 45 bucks a day...fuel pump replaced and back on the road. So it saddens me to see Lou teaming up with the halfwitts in Albany, I hope he does well, and Daryl Daryl, and there other brother Daryl dont bring him down or distroy his reputaion. As for the trip, I would do it if he was without them, for now I will buy from another local used car dealer, and service in woodstock.
