I love our '02 V70XC. It is the most comfortable driving car in our fleet. We drove it to the Florida Keys from New York a couple years back. On the way home we drove straight through without stopping for anything but meals, without any adverse physical effects. The seats are REALLY comfortable. I especially like the position of the headrests. The ride is smooth, even at high speeds.
I also really appreciate how that car easily handles our northeast winters. Not too many cars on the road offer both comfort and sure footedness under such varying conditions. And it's also a very good looking estate wagon.
If I had to have one thing I don't like, it's the space where the windshield wipers go when they're down. That area is a bitch to clean out when it's full of wet snow. You have to lift the wipers and dig the snow out with your hands. My classic Saab can be done with just a brush.
I love the way my classic Saab handles for short trips, but I'd never be able to drive long hours without getting uncomfortable.
