I've worked with two rim refurbishers in Massachusetts. One is Rim & Wheel Works of Tewksbury (off 495North). They straightened a few for me, and they also sold me a refurbished wheel. Had an excellent experience with them. The second was down by Boston and I can't think of the name. They do all kinds of wheels. They screwed me completely. I bought 4 Viggen wheels from them. They told me they had light scratches (they did) but that they would be straightened. Drove them home and waited 3 months to put them on. When I had them installed 3 were bent BAD and the other was straight. I got screwed and cut my losses. But, I would tell you to avoid them.
In this situation you are somewhat fortunate. All 4 rims are scratched bad, all requiring respray. Therefore, they will all match. The refurbished rim I got at Rim & Wheel Works did not match the rest (these were Viking rims). Good luck with the ordeal and use an independent shop next time. These tire places are a dime a dozen. Take care.
