Not even in the same ballpark in terms of potential costs. Quality bodywork is EXPENSIVE. If it doesn't cost $ohmygodyouvegottabekiddinme then you are not getting back to original quality.
Just as an example, I know a guy that restored a rare model Corvair to absolutely new quality (not overrestored, but exactly as it would have come from factory).
He was well into 6 figures in cost, the vast majority was body.
Mechanical work is science, bodywork is art. Good artists are rare and expensive.
