I've got a dozen oil filters, a dozen quarts of oil, 1-2 wipers, 4 spark plugs, a few bulbs, 2 jugs of coolant, some extra vac hose, and extra car wax (in case I want to wax the car late at night / early in the morning and can't go to town and get what I need.) I also keep around an extra winter and summer tire minimum for each model, usually the best of the last 2/4 that got replaced, and some fuses and other minor odds and ends.

This is about a year's worth (3 working Saabs), though I need more oil than what I have. I'm not compulsive, I just have plenty of space and keep lots of stuff until I the room become more valued for storing something else. I've got lots of parts I'll never use, like the seatbelt tracks I ripped out, a 9000 and 900 interior, and sets of old springs I want to make a coffee table out of someday.
