I think andym is correct. The CPO is technically, a contract between you and a now bankrupt company (Saab filed in Sweden) and is most likely to be rescinded. I suspect you will get part of your money back - perhaps as much as 50% by the court.
The mfg warranty will be honored at all costs. If they didn't do that any hopes of a recovery are over. Also, GM has been required by law to set aside $ for warranty service (they have like $10B in reserves for it) so mfg warranty will be fine.
However, if all the Saab dealers go bust getting it repaired could be hard. . .
