the one behind the slave cylinder, the release bearing? rest of world calls it the throw out bearing, it should be sitting on the slave cylinder extension and pressed against the fingers of the pressure plate. have you removed the slave, release bearing, pressure plate with disk underneath it stack??? If so then a rubber hammer should convince them to come apart, just stuck. the little bearing in the flywheel is the pilot bearing, you need to remove the flywheel to take it out and replace it. make sure you have thread seal (not locite red, blue, green, white or some other color. thread sealer) to keep fluids on the correct sides of the hole. remove the flywheel, if you have a bench vise it helps, put a piece of wood on each side of the flywheel and make a sandwich in the vise (I like the 1/2 by 2 that signs are stuck in the ground). You will need a sturdy long bolt that will fit thru the 1/2" socket hole with mostly thread and several large sockets. One of the sockets needs to completetly fit inside the other, the smaller needs to be just smaller than the new pilot bearing. Put a socket that is just smaller than the hole where the bearing is you can compare with the new bearing, and another one on the other side that is larger than the hole, and put the bolt thru from the small side with a thick washer smaller than the socket OD, through the existing pilot bearing, through the larger socket two washers and nut. Have the larger socket oriented so that the 1/2" drive side is farther from the flywheel, aka the big opening is against the flywheel so that the bearing will fit into it as it is being pressed out. Tightening the bolt will pull the socket thru to the large side taking the bearing with it. you can install the new one the same way, put a bit of grease on the opening. MAKE SURE that the socket is *either* only touching the outer race of the bearing or that it is flush with both the inner and out. preference is the former but usually not possible so put the 1/2" drive side of the socket against the bearing.
