I have never actually seen these bearings in a 900. However, a traditional shade-tree method for removing clutch pilot bearings that are installed in a dead end hole is this:
Find a bolt or make a steel rod that is a very snug fit in the bearing. If you have a drill and bench grinder, you can spin a cut-off bolt in it and grind the end part to the correct o.d.
Pack some _thick_ wheel bearing grease into the hole, insert your tool with a rag around it, and whack it smartly with a hammer. The hydraulic pressure should push out the bearing. It may take several whacks, and can get messy - thus the rag!
As for the slave cylinder bearing...hell if I know.
