How to contact SAAB corporate office?

I recall back in 1995 when I purchased my first used SAAB, there was an 800 number that let you call the SAAB corporate office in Atlanta to confirm certain information about a known VIN number, such as placed in service date, recalls, totalled from accident, etc. They were very helpful and gracious on the first purchase, less so on my second in 2001 as the GM corporate mentality took over, I guess.
Review of the SAAB website today, unless I missed it, leaves no phone number, only e-mail communication. Does anyone know of a phone contact where I can ask a few questions about used 9-5s I am looking at?
I see several 2006/07 cars with less than 15-20,000 miles on them, on non-SAAB dealer lots via auctions, and wonder if such low mileage is due to corporate buybacks under lemon laws, warranty issues such as sludged engines, accidents, etc. Carfax is good but only as good as the databases it checks, so if a SAAB dealer threw a very low mileage car out to the auctions, would there be a reason not to buy the car?
Thanks in advance.
