The Bahn website is http://www.bahn.de. You can do research in several languages besides German.
No need to go through Denmark on a Berlin-Stockholm trip. The route goes north from Berlin through Neustrelitz and Stralsund to Sassnitz on Ruegen Island. From there your train car is loaded onto a freey to Trelleborg a short ride to Malmo.
BYW, I took that route several times many, many years ago and while a Schlafwagen is great don't stay in the sleeper car while it's on the ferry from Sassnitz to Trelleborg. Make sure you go up to the passenger deck for sea transit. One of those trips was in very heavy seas and the ferry was tossed around pretty hard. In a worst-case scenario (like the MS Estonia in 1994) I wouldn't want to be on the train deck in an emergency. Maybe they don't even let you stay on that deck anymore since the MS Estonia disaster but years ago it was permitted and it's unsafe.
