Take the batteries out, keep the camera clean and dry if you want to keep it for some reason.
They are probably worth nothing. You can either toss them, use them as disposable cameras in dangerous stunts when you don't want to hurt something current and valuable.
Even the good cameras don't sell for much these days. I bought a fully working graflex speed graphic for $100 on ebay, and it's capable of taking better quality B&W images (in controlled conditions using proper technique) than a $5000 nikon/canon digital. It would have been worth 3x as much if it came with the original flash, as it's more valuable for authentic light sabre parts than for a camera.
