I researched point and shoots for two weeks before making my decision. I read online reviews, used DPreview, etc. etc... and decided on a 7.2mp Sony DSC-W80 I think it is. This camera is a TURD. It sucks. And I hate it and will never buy a Sony camera again. It takes about three years to focus, and still manages to make the picture blurry. The white balance is abysmal. If I take a picture of my car in the sun I just get a big washed out mess. Forget taking pictures at night, it just refuses. When it DOES focus the images come out extremely grainy. My iPhone camera takes better pictures than this beast most of the time. The only thing I am impressed with is macro mode. I can take some amazingly detailed up-close pictures, but that's not so useful for everyday use. Here's one of the better pictures it takes. It wasn't foggy that day or anything...
