touch pad. I'm not a Mac person, we have all PCs except for a new 15" MacBook Pro for my daughter who is a college Freshman. I played with it before she took off for college and I liked the zoom in and out feature which is similar to the iPhone/iPod Touch touch screen function. It's great to zoom, scroll, page, minimize, all from the touch pad. The only thing is the screen hinge is a bit weak and it closes by itself when tilted at a certain angle, apparently a common problem. I hope Apple will have a fix for that.
