I ordered a set of Dunlop Winter Sports mounted on nice quality alloy wheels from TireRack at 11:00 Monday night. Specified standard UPS delivery to my house in central Massachusetts. The brown truck arrived and left four big boxes outside my garage at 10:00 this morning. That's fast considering the tires were mounted and balanced. Seems TireRack have a distribution center on Ct. now.

Hell of a deal. Got the tires, alloy wheels, mounting, balancing and shipping for a bit over $900, and Dunlop is giving another $50 off with a rebate. I don't mind some nominal shipping costs when my local tire guy admitted he would have to charge about $300 more with only free lifetime rotation thrown in as a carrot.

I have a set of the same snows ready to mount on my ebay special 2001 Saab 95. These are going on a 2005 Volvo S80 AWD I bought last weekend. My 2006 Saab 95 is staying in the garage this winter. Too nice to subject to another NE winter.
